These terms describe how osiris — the social app, not the Vrosa website — actually works today. They are written in plain language on purpose.

1. Who this covers

These terms apply to osiris — the social app for posts, stories, clips, comments, and direct messages — at byosiris.com. By creating an account or using osiris, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. When you sign up, you confirm that you meet this minimum age. osiris does not currently verify age beyond this self-confirmation.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information where the app asks for it, and do not create an account to impersonate another person or organization.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the posts, photos, videos, stories, clips, comments, and messages you create ("your content"). By posting it on osiris, you give us the permission we need to store, display, and distribute it back to you and to the other people you share it with, for as long as it stays on the app — that is, the license needed to actually run the service, nothing broader. You are solely responsible for your own content and for having the rights to share anything you upload.

5. What you may not post or do

Do not use osiris to post or send anything illegal, to harass, threaten, or bully another person, to impersonate someone else, to post sexual content involving a minor, to infringe someone else’s copyright or other rights, or to spam, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other people’s accounts. Direct messages are private between participants, but they are still subject to these same rules and can be reported.

6. Reports and enforcement

Posts, stories, clips, comments, direct messages, and accounts can all be reported for review from within the app. If content or an account violates these terms, we may remove the content, restrict some features, or suspend or permanently ban the account, at our discretion and without advance notice for serious violations.

7. Media storage

Photos and videos you upload are stored using third-party cloud infrastructure on our behalf so the app can serve them back to you and others. Only upload media you have the right to share.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe something posted on osiris infringes your copyright, use the Report feature on that specific post, story, clip, comment, or message and choose “Copyright or intellectual property,” or file a dedicated copyright report — no account required. We review these reports and may remove infringing content or take action against repeat infringers. osiris has not yet designated a formal DMCA agent under U.S. law; this page will be updated if and when one is designated.

9. Deactivating or deleting your account

You can deactivate your account at any time from Settings — this signs you out everywhere and hides your profile and content until you log back in. You can also permanently delete your account from Settings; this cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what deactivating and deleting each do.

10. No warranty

osiris is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or free of content you find objectionable despite our moderation efforts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use osiris after an update means you accept the revised terms.
